Be at Church Sunday to Welcome Tyler, Alexis and Nora Johnson!

We welcome the Johnson family as Tyler begins his work as our Minister to Students! They have moved into the hospitality house next to the church and will be with us Sunday morning in worship. Tyler comes to us from the First Baptist Church of Williamsburg, Kentucky where he served as Associate Pastor to Students and Families for the past three years after completing his Bachelor of Music at the University of Tennessee and a Master of Divinity at Truett Seminary in Waco, Texas. 

            Tyler grew up in North Carolina and Tennessee before attending seminary in Texas where he met Alexis, a Chicago native and fellow Master of Divinity student at Truett Seminary. We look forward to welcoming Tyler, Alexis, and Nora to VHBC and anticipate Tyler's ministry among us.
