Sometimes it’s easy to imagine that today’s church has fallen away from the purity of the early church, and that we are the only ones who struggle to make decisions together or know how to relate to the culture in which we live. However, in the first three centuries of the Christian era, the church faced many challenges as Christians sought to get along with one another and make decisions. Join us as we think about the way the early church thought about leadership, the Scriptures, and how to come to common theological understanding.
