Casey Hobbs serves at the YOU Serve Director for Urban Ministry in Birmingham, AL. At 6 pm in the Fellowship Hall on May 31st, Casey will talk about his service with Urban Ministry and how we can continue to support them.

Urban Ministry is a faith-based nonprofit focused on working with the residents of West End to build a thriving community. As an urban mission of the United Methodist Church, we work closely with our sister organization, Community Church Without Walls, to extend compassion and opportunities for wholeness to everyone in the West End community. We do this by listening to the community, engaging their gifts and strengths, and building programs that affirm their dignity as children of God.
