CHILDREN’S SABBATH this Sunday

This Sunday, October 17th, we join faith communities around our nation to observe Children's Sabbath. Children’s Sabbath is a day to celebrate children as gifts from God. Let the day be a reminder that all children need someone to act on their behalf.

Start the morning at 8:45 with Bible study for all ages.

Worship at 10:00 am

Several children will serve as worship leaders on Sunday by reading scripture and praying. Also, our grade-school children’s choir will bless us through music. Let their faces and their voices remind you of all the children in our church, community, and around the world.
 

Pray.

Pray for children. You might choose to pray for your children, grandchildren, nieces, and nephews or you might choose to pray for a group of children like children in our church, in our community, or around the world.

Prayers cards, each with the name of one of our children, will be available on Sunday morning  in the pew racks. Please take one and pray for the child and their family.
