Churchwide Retreat & Covid Updates at VHBC

Winter Retreat Postponed

With the great increase of COVID infections in our community, our church-wide retreat to Shocco Springs has been indefinitely postponed. As much as we were looking forward to the time together, we do not want to put our members at undue risk. Many thanks to the Retreat Planning Team. We look forward to plans coming together for our next church-wide retreat.

 

COVID Response Committee

The Center for Disease Control recommends masks be worn at indoor group gatherings in communities experiencing high transmission rates. In line with CDC recommendations, our COVID Response Committee has adjusted our mask guidelines to strongly recommended. Currently, all regular activities continue, including our Wednesday Fellowship Meal. Remaining mindful of distancing and mask wearing, during the current spike in cases, will better position us to avoid cancellations of onsite activities.
