Vestavia Hills Baptist Church (VHBC) desires to be a good neighbor in our community and welcomes the opportunity to share our facilities. Any charges for our facilities enable the church to recoup staffing and utilities costs. The mission and purpose of any groups using church facilities should be consistent with VHBC values.

The responsible parties shall present Vestavia Hills Baptist Church (VHBC) with evidence of the purchase of Organizational Liability Insurance. Failure of the responsible parties to provide such evidence of Organizational Liability Insurance prior to the time that the facility is used, shall be grounds for VHBC to refuse the use of the facilities by either the organization and/or person/responsible parties.
